With a rich history in their downtown location, but basically landlocked from expanding, First Baptist Church of Columbus, Mississippi made the difficult decision that they should relocate.  Finding an opportune 80 acre site in a growing part of town, First Baptist partnered with CTSM Architects to design a phased project that allows them to relocate in the first phase.  Over time they will be able to grow substantially, yet still offer the many ministries and services they have in their original location.  As the design develops, that historic character will never be far away, as elements are now incorporated into their new facility.
